The 21 story Wisconsin Tower incorporates many Art Deco features from
the setbacks at upper levels to black and pink marble at the base
and birds and floral pattern in the grillwork. It includes a
huge metal tower on the roof. It was built by John Mariner,
and was originally called the Mariner Tower.
