Now called Villa Terrace Decorative Arts Museum, it was
built overlooking Lake Michigan by an executive of the A. O.
Smith Corp. Its red brick walls are now painted white, and the house
includes an enclosed courtyard. Cyril Colnik produced the beautiful
wrought iron work. It was donated to the city in 1966.
