In large bowl, combine meat, onion soup mix, bread crumbs, catsup, parmesan, 2 eggs, oregano, basil & garlic powder. On foil or waxed paper, form meat mixture into a 10×12 in. rectangle; arrange ham, then mozzarella on top, leaving a small margin around edges. Starting from short end of roll, roll up meat jelly roll fashion, using foil to lift.
Roll pastry to 10×14 in. rectangle, fit over loaf, trimming edges. Prick with fork. Place on rack in baking pan; bake approx. 1 hr. at 350°. Makes about 8 servings.
