Crust

  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 c. crushed graham crackers

Filling

  • 4 - 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 t. vanilla

Topping

  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • ½ c. sugar
  • 1 t. vanilla

Directions

Add cracker crumbs to melted butter and press into a 9" x 13" glass pan. Blend cream cheese and sugar, add eggs and vanilla. Beat 4 minutes at high speed. Pour over crust. Bake 20 minutes at 350°. Take out for 10 minutes and raise temp. to 400°. Mix topping ingredients, pour on top and bake 10 minutes longer. (Recipe may be cut in half for smaller than 9" x 13".)
